A problem I had whenever I'm reading a physical book is that it's not easy to save a quote to come back to later. You can't use a highlighter cos it ruins the book. So I made an app that can scan a p…

  • @advertisingdave (2): I'm going to download it for my wife. She starts her masters program in two weeks and this could be helpful. Thanks!
  • @inevitablesarcasm (2): thanks so much man. and yeah, i want this to solve just this one problem. and then only grow it with features users ask for that will extend the core flow.
  • @FlashyAverage26 (2): that approach usually creates better products long term simple tools people use daily often win over feature heavy apps people forget about
  • @inevitablesarcasm (1): amazing, please let me know if you have any feedback! You can create custom books which might come in handy if you wanna save stuff from text books!
  • @Constant_Track_6520 (1): This is actually a pretty clever use of OCR. I’ve definitely forgotten good quotes because I didn’t want to mark up a physical book. The automatic book search is a nice touch too since manually adding covers/authors would get old fast. How accurate is the OCR on older books or w…

受众观点:Akshay_Gonemadatala(1分):'秘密构建阶段会造成一种奇怪的错觉——以为进度等于产品质量。

  • @BusinessLettuce471 (1): Improving your landing page can be a crucial step in the conversion process. It's great that it worked for you, it's worth noting. Success stories are always inspiring, so perhaps you could tell us more about how you acquired your first users.
  • @Akshay_Gonemadatala (1): The interesting thing about secret building phases is they create this weird illusion that progress equals product quality. Sometimes you emerge after months expecting excitement, then realize distribution and positioning are still unsolved problems. Visibility and iteration mat…

As a freelancer, one thing that always frustrated me was how every client wanted communication on a different platform. One client wants WhatsApp. Another wants Slack. Another prefers Google Chat. Th…

  • @Jihaysse (4): If one client wants WhatsApp, one wants Slack, and one prefers Google Chat, what makes you think that they will sign up on a platform they don't know and use this platform solely to contact you, who may be one of the dozen freelancers they are working with (and not have all of t…
  • @Dimpy-Pokhariya (1): This is actually a painful problem for smaller groups. Faker generated data tends to break down quickly when relationships become important, especially for analytics or testing pipelines. For me, the most critical piece would be ensuring that the business logic patterns remain i…
  • @sk_sushellx (1): the scattered communication problem is so real, hunting through whatsapp threads to find a file a client sent three weeks ago is genuinely one of the most chaotic parts of freelancing. the private portal URL per client is the right call, it makes you look way more professional t…
  • @Fit_Pianist_6574 (1): This is a real pain point. The idea makes sense, especially for freelancers juggling 3–5 clients at once. The main challenge I’d expect is client adoption: freelancers may want one portal, but clients often just default back to WhatsApp/Slack because it’s already in their routin…
